Future Events
Dear MEC Friends, usually, around this time each year we would be announcing the date and details for our annual Welcome Party held in June. However, due to scheduling difficulties and circumstances beyond our control, we decided not to hold this event in 2025. We are grateful to our community for their continued support of the MEC, both through financial means and volunteerism and we want everyone to know that the most important aspects of our work continue without interruption. Here are the current projects that we are working on:
- Sponsoring 2025 Milford Clean Up Day (April 26th)
- Finishing work started last year to replace and refurbish some of the older pedestrian lights around Milford’s business district and in the parks
- Installing new, beautifully designed, benches in several parks and locations around Milford
- Working to improve and enhance the walkway in Veteran’s Park
- Beginning to work with the Borough on sponsoring a portion of the Ann Street Park renovations
- Continuing to consider and plan longer-term projects, both large and small, in collaboration with the Borough and other organizations, to connect Milford’s business district and parks

2025 Milford Community clean up Day
PLEASE join the MEC at Community House, Broad and Harford Streets at 10AM on April 26, 2025. This Milford Enhancement Committee event is being sponsored by Riverside Kitchen and Bath. All tools and lunch will be provided. We will be recognizing the Milford Fire Department this year for their dedication and all volunteer commitment to keep our community, as well as surrounding communities, safe.
